Introduction to wall-mounted ultrasonic flowmeter:
Wall-mounted ultrasonic flowmeter is a wall-mounted instrument using clamp-on technology for non-contact rapid flow and energy measurement in many types of pipes. Wall-mounted ultrasonic flow meters enable quick verification of flow readings from another flow meter and recording of flow system values over an extended period of time. The instrument can be easily moved and installed in different pipelines, making it convenient for on-site installation and maintenance.
The new design includes matched precision sensors and signal processing circuitry to accurately measure the flow of most liquids at a variety of speeds. Its portability makes it ideal for measuring flow throughout pipeline infrastructure to verify sensor pump and valve performance.

Wall-mounted ultrasonic flowmeter installation environment:
① The flow meter should be installed indoors as much as possible; if it must be installed outdoors, measures should be taken to avoid direct sunlight or rain.
② The flow meter should be installed away from high temperature, equipment heat radiation or corrosive gases.
③ The ultrasonic flowmeter cannot be installed near motors, transformers or other power sources that are prone to electromagnetic interference.
④ Do not install the ultrasonic flowmeter near the frequency converter or connect it to the frequency converter distribution cabinet to avoid interference.
⑤ In order to facilitate installation and maintenance, sufficient space should be left around the flow meter.
Ultrasonic flowmeter installation recommendations:
① Avoid installing the flowmeter on a pipe with mechanical vibration. If it must be installed there, please take shock-absorbing measures;
② A hose transition can be installed, or support points with absorbent pads can be set on the pipes 2DN upstream and downstream of the flow meter;
③ Try not to install the flow meter on a long overhead pipe, because the sagging of the pipe will cause leakage between the flow meter and the flange.
If this must be done, support points must be provided on the pipe 2DN upstream and downstream of the flow meter;
④ In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of the flow meter, the length of the straight pipe section installed near the flow meter should try to meet the following requirements: upstream > 20D, downstream > 10D.
