The grooved gate valve adopts the top-mounted structure, which reduces the connecting bolts of itself under high-pressure and large-diameter conditions, enhances the reliability of the valve and can overcome the impact of the system's own weight on the valve normal operation.

Features

The grooved gate valve body is made of high-grade ductile iron, which is about 20%~30% lighter than traditional gate valves, and is easy to install and maintain.

No pit at the bottom of the gate valve, no dross accumulates, which can bring it low failure rate while open and close.

The gate valve body adopts precision cast technology, and the precise geometric dimensions make it possible to ensure the tightness without any finishing work inside the valve body.
