In April 2024, the biennial Asian Water Exhibition held in Malaysia, which the wesdom team participated in, came to a perfect conclusion. Through this exhibition, we gained many high-quality customers.

Malaysia International Water Treatment Exhibition (Asia Water) is Asia’s largest and most influential water treatment exhibition, held every two years. The popular platform in Southeast Asia connects more than 20,000 trade participants and industry professionals from 61 countries, with more than 1,000 exhibiting companies covering all water and wastewater sectors. There are eight exhibition halls in total this time, and our company is in Hall 6.
This exhibition lasts for three days from April 23 to April 25. The exhibition has a large passenger flow. From 10 am to 6 pm when the exhibition hall closes, the exhibition hall is always full of customers. In addition to Malaysia, there are also visiting customers from the Philippines. People from Singapore, Maldives, Cambodia, India and other countries.
Throughout the exhibition, although we were very tired, we have been patiently explaining our company’s business and products to our customers. During the exhibition, we exchanged business cards with many potential customers, and some directly added them to WhatsApp. Professional product knowledge and patient service have won unanimous praise from customers.
During the entire exhibition, we had 113 customers on file. Most of the customers were trading companies. The products most of the customers inquired about were ductile iron valves, pipe fittings and fire protection system related products. Some customers inquired about water meters, and carbon steel pipe fittings, joint.
After the official exhibition, our team began to visit customers. Due to time constraints, we visited 18 customers in total. Most of our customers are local suppliers and have cooperated with us many times, and some are project customers. During the visit, we were warmly entertained by the customers. We visited the customer’s company and warehouse, and received feedback from the customers. Very satisfied with the quality of our products.
Through face-to-face communication, the relationship between us and our customers has become one step closer. At the same time, we have a better understanding of the product needs and quality needs of local customers, which has produced qualitative information for the later promotion of wesdom products in Malaysia and further cooperation with customers improvement.
